• Video information – such as video IDs, URLs, and thumbnails to help us manage your reposts.
• Usage data – limited technical data like page visits or interactions (via Cloudflare Analytics) to improve our product.

We do not collect any personal data beyond what’s needed to make reposting work.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Connect your social media accounts securely.
• Repost your videos to the platforms you choose.
• Maintain and improve the Shortcast service.

Your data is never shared or sold to third parties. It’s only used internally to provide the Shortcast features you signed up for.

Shortcast does not share, sell, or transfer your Google or social media data to anyone outside our organization. We may use trusted infrastructure and analytics providers (like Supabase for data storage and Cloudflare Analytics for usage insights), but they only process data on our behalf under strict privacy agreements. We will only disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

You can request data deletion at any time by emailing hello@shortcast.io from the connected email address.

We retain analytics data in aggregated form only; it cannot be traced back to you.

• All communication between you and Shortcast is protected with HTTPS encryption.
• We regularly review our systems to ensure your data remains protected.
